I think the two areas which have had the most positive effect are paper recycling system and heating/light (converting all lighting to energy saving and installing programmable thermostats.) If we have been able to save more than 10% on our energy consumption just by installing programmable thermostats - I can only imagine what our savings will be since the ceiling fluorescents have been changed to accept T8 tubes. (This was done last weekend. We decided not to wait to change the fixtures to accept T8 and changed all of them at the same time.)
